Post and Ghost is a multi-platform social media posting tool that allows you to publish content to connected social media accounts (including X, Bluesky, and Threads) from a single interface.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You retain ownership of all content you post through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Post and Ghost.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will be successfully delivered to third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post and Ghost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
